CappuPoochie
Bosnia and Herzegovina
This flag was not chosen by Bosnia. A UN-appointed international administrator imposed it in 1998, deliberately blue and yellow with no religious or ethnic symbol, after the country's three communities could not agree on a design of their own following the war.
