The Nephilim
The Book of Genesis briefly mentions the Nephilim, described as offspring of unions between divine beings and human women. The text itself is only a few lines long and deeply ambiguous, which is exactly what has let centuries of very different interpretations, alien and otherwise, be built on top of it.
