Montauk Project

Unlike Area 51 or the Philadelphia Experiment, the Montauk Project has no official paper trail at all. The claims, time travel and mind control experiments run out of a Long Island Air Force station, trace back to one self-published book rather than to any document a historian has ever been able to verify.
