Lost City of Dwarka
Hindu tradition holds that the god Krishna's city of Dwarka sank into the sea off India's coast. Marine archaeologists really have found submerged stone structures, anchors and walls offshore there, genuine evidence of an ancient port, though nothing has confirmed any link to Krishna himself.
