Amber Dragon
Amber is fossilized tree resin, not a mineral at all, built up slowly from sticky sap that hardened and survived burial for millions of years. The oldest confirmed deposits run from 30 to 90 million years old, and some pieces trap perfectly preserved insects from the moment they first got stuck.
