CappuPoochie
Nebra Sky Disc
This bronze disc inlaid with gold stars, moon and sun symbols was illegally dug up by looters in Germany in 1999 and is often called the oldest known depiction of the cosmos. Its materials traveled from as far as Cornwall, but the astronomical knowledge behind it was entirely local, built from watching the sky above a nearby hill.
